2 oz. banana liqueur
2 oz. butterscotch schnapps
1 can white clam sauce
1 package chicken-fried tortellini
Combine first three ingredients in a saucepan and heat through, taking care not to bruise the schnapps.
Halve and seed a cantaloupe.
Cook pasta according to package directions; drain. Spoon into centers of melon and cover with sauce.
Serves two.
